Overview
In Invasion Through Time, players take on the role of different historical figures who must work together to survive an alien invasion that spans across different time periods. Using their knowledge of history, strategy, and teamwork, players must navigate through various challenges and obstacles in order to outsmart the alien forces and emerge victorious.
Game play
Each player starts by choosing a historical figure card which grants them unique abilities based on their character's background. The game board is made up of tiles representing different time periods such as Ancient Rome, Medieval Europe, and World War II. Players take turns placing tiles on the board strategically to create paths for their characters to move through while also strategically placing obstacles to hinder the progress of the alien invaders. Throughout the game, players must collect resources and power-ups hidden within the tiles in order to enhance their abilities and strengthen their defenses against the aliens. They can also team up with other players to form alliances and combine their powers for greater impact.
Game end
The game ends when all players reach a designated final tile where they must face off against a final boss alien in a climactic showdown. Players must work together to defeat this powerful adversary using all of their skills and resources. If at least one player survives until the end and defeats the final boss alien, then all players win collectively. However, if all players are defeated before reaching the end tile, then the aliens successfully invade Earth and everyone loses.
